Midland Scooters Run to the VMSC Show 2012

 A few years ago I was out with my children when a group of scooter riders passed where we were, and they kept coming and coming and coming. Fast forward to 2012 and I discovered the ride out I had seen previously was an annual run to the VMSC Show at the Sports Connexion, Ryton On Dunsmore. I decided that this year I would venture out to photograph it. Fortunately the day dawned bright although the air was a bit crisp. I chose an over bridge on the A45 near Meriden as it was reasonably open and a nice straight stretch of road.

The ride out was impressive to witness, even if Scooters are not something of interest to you. In the first photo you can see the scooters coming but if you look in the distance you can also see them still crossing an over bridge. This is a good mile away so it gives you an idea of the scale of the numbers taking part.
